Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Lion's Den 1931 ACO ("we", "us"). By signing in or using our checkout service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a member of the Lion's Den 1931 ACO Discord server and sign in with your own Discord account.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or sign up for someone else.
• The information you give us (name, contact details, shipping addresses, sizes) must be accurate and yours to give.

2. What we do

You tell us which items you want, in which size, from which stores. When those items release, we try to check out for you using the details you've given us, and the order ships to the address you chose.

Limited releases sell out fast. We can't guarantee any checkout. Stores set their own quantity limits, can cancel orders, and can change or delay a release at any time.

3. Fees

• You only pay our fee after a successful checkout. If we don't get the item, you owe us nothing.
• Current rates are posted in our Discord server. Rates can change from drop to drop; we tell you the rate before a drop is run.
• If a store cancels your order before it ships, we don't charge a fee for that order.
• Fees are due by the deadline given in Discord and are paid through our payment processor. Unpaid fees can lead to your access being paused or removed.

4. Your purchases

The store is the seller of the item. The item price, tax and shipping are charged by the store, and returns, exchanges, warranties and delivery problems are handled under that store's policies. We'll help where we can, but we aren't responsible for the store's products or shipping.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep your sizes, addresses and wanted items up to date in your account. We use what's saved there; if it's wrong, the order may be wrong.
• Keep your Discord account secure. Anything done through your signed-in account is treated as done by you.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, and don't try to access other members' information or break the site.

6. Store rules

Each store has its own terms. Stores may limit, cancel or refuse orders, or restrict customer accounts, at their discretion. We aren't responsible for a store's decisions, and no fee is charged for orders that are canceled before they ship.

7. Not affiliated

Lion's Den 1931 ACO is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, The Pokémon Company, or any store or brand mentioned on this site. All trademarks belong to their owners.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular item will be secured.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or resale value), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your membership

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your information (see our Privacy Policy). We may pause or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, doesn't pay fees, or misuses the service. Fees already owed stay owed.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and post a note in Discord. Using the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
