Lion's Den 1931 Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Lion's Den 1931 ACO ("we", "us") collects on aco.lionsden1931.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, username, profile picture, email address, and whether you're a member of our Discord server. We never see your Discord password.
- What you save in your account: full name, email, phone number, shipping addresses, shoe and clothing sizes, the categories and stores you pick, the items you want, the most you'll pay per item, and the email addresses you use at each store (never store passwords).
- Your order and billing records: the checkouts we complete for you (product, store, size, price, order number, date, status) and the fee invoices we send you, including whether they're paid.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page.
We never collect card numbers or store passwords on this site. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which has its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To confirm you're a member of our Discord server.
- To check out the items you ask for, in your size, and ship them to your address.
- To contact you about your orders, fees and upcoming drops.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
Who can see it
Only you and the Lion's Den team. Members can only see their own information. We don't sell your information and don't share it for advertising.
We use a few service providers to run the site, and they handle data only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: stores your account and profile, and runs sign-in.
- Discord: sign-in and membership check.
- Netlify: hosts the website.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: deliver the site's fonts and code files.
- Stores: when we check out for you, the store receives what an order needs (such as your name, shipping address and contact details).
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay logged in; signing out removes it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a member. If you ask us to delete it, we'll do so within 30 days, except for records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons (such as fee payments).
Your choices
- See and change your information any time: sign in at your account page.
- Delete your account and information: open a ticket in our Discord server and ask.
- Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, such as getting a copy of your data. Ask us and we'll help.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and the database only lets each member read and edit their own information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Age
The service is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and post a note in Discord.
